A few weeks ago during Jummah I saw a little girl, she was so sweet. She was maybe 9 or 10 months old and she was just so pretty. She was black and she just reminded me so much of this little foster girl we once had. Her name was Vanessa She was so pretty, she was black and she had such chunky little thighs lol, when we got her she couldn't even crawl and when they took her she was already running around. She was the first black kid we had we didn't know how to take care of her hair so we went to the beauty shop and bought all these kinds of creams and shampoo and stuff. The woman there was black and she told us exactly what to do and how we should do and when and we went home and did it. I remember at first it was so hard, I wanted her hair to look nice and it took a long time to do it lol, but at the end we could do it really quick, it was just like second nature. She was so sweet, it was like when she smiled she just lighted up the whole room. We had her for about a year. We loved her as if she was our own and we would say she really was our sister, lol, we did that with all the foster kids. We wanted to adopt her. I kept thinking about her all day. When they took her I didn't think I would miss her so much, it was as if they were really taking away my sister. She must be about 4 now. Gosh I miss her so much.

This morning as I was getting ready for school I put on the news and they were showing a tribute that they were having in New York at ground zero. They were calling all the names of the people who died. They just went on and on, there were so many people who died. I keep telling myself though that it could have been a lot worse. It really could have been, the day was just getting started, people were only just getting to work. It were at maybe 3:00 pm I think it would have been alot worse. More people probably would have been in the towers, in the planes, and in the Pentagon.
Then this girl maybe about 20 years old came on and her father died in the World Trade Center. She said she didn't know when the last time she told her father she loved him.
I couldn't help but cry for that girl.
Today is a sad day.

subhanallah summer went by tooo fast this year! it was good, though i got bored of having nothing to do in the end..
oh well, now ive got school to keep me busy :|
Yeah, I'm in school already. It's fine. Lots of work. How about you sis?? I'd loooooooove for summer to still be on, more is better.
lol, I'm in my second year of college. So in second grade I guess right? Seems like that...
Anyways, It's nice to know I'm not talking to myself all of the time.

school hasnt started for me yet, i have a few more days of freedom! yaay! although im getting sick of summer... cuz i need to get a life and do things..
